- Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving, not including weekends or holidays.
RETURN POLICY:
Of course we hope you love everything you get from Evergreen Boutique, but we know occasionally things just don't work out!
To be eligible for a full refund return:
- For in-store purchases, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date (date listed on receipt)
- For online purchases, you must contact us to start your return within 14 days of receiving your item(s)
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Item(s) must be free of makeup, stains, alterations and odors/pet hair.
- Item(s) that are sale items or part of a flash sale are non-returnable
- Any shipping fees are non-refundable
